We rented a Polaris Slingshot for a day. The personal approach and treatment we received was actually above and beyond anything we expected. They went thru the usual paperwork and inspection stuff for renting stuff, then they recommended routes for us out of town folks to get the most of our experience. It didn't end there either. I stopped in at Indian Sturgis Wednesday, with my beautiful wife Stacy, Just to say hi to our Indian family on our way home. As we were walking through the showroom I told Stacy that that grey pursuit sitting there was beautiful Unfortunately, I said it too loud and Motorbike Mike, whose desk was close by, heard me. Like a shark smelling blood in the water, he swooped in and answered all my questions and explained all the features and benefits. 20 minutes later, with the help of the beautiful sales manager Angie, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse and we were the proud owners of a 23 Pursuit Darkhorse Premium Icon in Quartz Grey. We then went to see the parts guru John. He made some recommendations and we decided we could get by with only three grand in accessories and labor. January in S.D. is not really prime riding weather so I told Mike it didn't matter if it took a little time to get the parts on. Mike said they would be happy to deliver it the 25 miles to our house and pick up my trade when it was done. The next day I get a text from Mike showing my Pursuit in the shop running with all the accessories installed. The fantastic service department, Jacob and Josh somehow got it in and done. It was 40 and dry out so I geared up and rode my bike over to make the exchange. I went in and shook hands with and thanked James the tech. He may be the best tech, and certainly has the most positive outlook and attitude, of any tech I have met, and I ran a shop full of techs for thirty plus years.

I know Lauren and Matt realize how fortunate they are to have built a family like they have. My hat goes off to them so doing such a great job building and keeping such a staff. I know it's not easy to keep this family together but they do it with grace and ease.

If you're already part of our Indian family you know what I'm talking about. If you're not, please stop in and give them a try. You won't be disappointed, and we love to watch our family grow.

Found a bike I have been looking for for over a year by doing a google search. The bike was for sale at Indian Cycles of Sturgis. Eben though it was a Monday and they were closed, I was able to make contact with salesman "ARIK" and even though it was his day off, he sent me the forms needed to put a hold on the bike until they opened Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday to pick up the bike and met with the finance person, a young lady whose name I don't recall, but she was super pleasant and very efficient at her job. She had the paperwork completed, signed, sealed and delivered within 45 minutes and then Arik helped load the bike on the trailer for the trip back to Sheridan. I was very happy with the experience and appreciate the excellent customer service!

I was in town for Sturgis Rally this year not even intending on buying a new bike since I already loved my 2019 Chieftain Limited. After talking to Evan (Sales) we started coming up with some unbelievable numbers for trade-in. Low and behold- I left town with a new 2021 Chieftain Darkhorse (Titanium Smoke). Thanks to Evan and the Sturgis Indian Group for making it happen! I am a customer for life! BTW- everyone here in Texas is JEALOUS of the collector's edition medallion and fender stamp that goes on the bike when you purchase it there!

I have been buying and riding motorcycles for 50 years and this dealership is the absolute true definition of a quality top notch dealership. Every dealership in the the country should come here and see how this place operates. Everyone in every department is smiling, happy and will go out of their way to assist you. I bought my 2019 Roadmaster Trike and have cabin fever when I can't ride. I had an excellent trade in, better than expected, for the bike that I loved on sight. The sales team, office personnel, support/parts/accessories folks are outstanding and the service team is top notch. With all new products, there are bugs but this Indian Dealership, especially, the service team not only cleared the problems but had a "safety" upgrade started with the parent company, Polaris, which possibly saved a rider from being injured. First of all this dealership earns the gold star award any day! We bought our new scoot from them on a whim while traveling through and our experience was top notch from the exceptional service from the sales staff, the one on one time with the mechanic, some great conversations with Willey, all the way to the help from Angie 5 months after the purchase ... we couldn't have asked for a better dealership. You all keep on keeping on and if your out looking for a new ride stop in and see these folks, you won't be disappointed!

My beautiful wife and I both bought new Indians this year and couldn't be happier. I only hope my wonderful customers for the 35 years I ran my shop think that i did as good a job as Lauren and Matt do running this store. I am going to apologize in advance for the long review, but this team and company deserve nothing but the highest praise and i believe everyone should know where to buy their next bike from. My first experience with this dealership was more than a mind blowing experience even though i didn't buy my bike from here. I first experience the passion, care and level of service from this dealership though my girlfriend who went though a rather tough experience with her first bike, but this team did more than you can imagine. they went above and beyond what I would call the call of duty for her and have never seen that from a dealership side with Josh, Abby, and Aric making sure that every thing was taken care of for her after her accident and keeping her up to date till the day we picked the bike up from them and took the repair back home. From then on i was sold!! My girlfriend was treated so well with her bike purchase that even though i was there next to her, they still knew who I was and treated me as one of their customers. No more than a few months later we were in to look at getting some accessories for her bike i found my Indian. From the beginning to the end of the process with Abby, Aric, Lauren, and Finance (who i can't remember, am SO SORRY, but she is amazing). Not only did it not feel like a pressure sales deal it felt like talking to a close relative. I bought the bike during winter so couldn't ride it home but the staff worked with me with getting my new bike delivered and picking up my trade and were very understanding of my schedule. Now that my girlfriend and I both are part of the Indian family we enjoy coming to here and spending time here as if hanging out at your best friends house the staff is so amazing. Cara is always so excited to show my girlfriend and me new apparel and she knows our styles and we love it! When scheduling service appointments with Randy, Josh, or Jacob they always know what needs to be done and are very on point with communicate every process that is going on during the service when you need it and work around your schedule going above and beyond to make it work for you. When getting parts for my bike Wiley was always a plessure to work with, his level of knowledge of what should go into the bike and how it should go on is amazing, he listens to you and makes recommendations based off your image of what you would like your bike to look like, and perform like. We just purchased our first motorcycle on July 3rd from Indian Of Sturgis. Logar was our sales professional and he was absolutely amazing. No pressure and straight forward. I traveled 550 miles to Sturgis Indian to get some recall work on my 2018 Roadmaster. I did this on spec since I couldn't get a confirmed appointment for at least several weeks. Randy, the service manager, was able to work around the problem and I got my recall work done in a very timely manner. I bought an accessory heat shield while I was there and the techs installed that for me at the same time. Best service I've ever had an ANY dealership, Indian or otherwise. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the team at Indian Motorcycle Sturgis! I purchased my 2018 Scout on May 26th, 2018 from the teamwork of Abby and Aric. They were both eager to introduce me to the process of buying a bike (as this was my first one) and really make sure the experience was enjoyable. Their customer service was top-notch! I was introduced to a few different people in the shop that same day and felt as though I was welcomed into a family! Happily, I left that day with my beautiful new bike and the biggest smile on my face!Sadly, I was rear-ended on my bike 5 days later, but, of course, I requested that my bike be sent to Indian Sturgis for repairs and estimates. No sooner than I called the team to let them know my bike would be back in the shop, did I receive calls and texts from multiple people including Abby, and their finance manager saying they would do everything they possibly could to help me out. I have never felt so valued! Josh was kind enough to keep me posted on the status of my repairs (no matter how many times I bugged him with calls and texts!) The day I got my bike back, Josh was kind enough to help my boyfriend and I load and tie down the bike in the back of the truck. My bike was better than ever.A few months later my boyfriend took my bike to the shop to have slip-ons installed. To both our amazement, the team recognized and remembered him! They asked how I was after the accident and were excited to see that it didn't prevent me from enjoying my bike. He owns a bike from a different manufacturer (won't name names), but has NEVER received the same level of service to the point where he is considering switching to an Indian!Sorry for the long review, but this team deserves a novel of accolades that I can't express how much I appreciate them. Their level of care for their customers, knowledge of their products, and excitement to share the experience of riding an Indian is truly something to be proud of and seek in any place of customer service. We arrived in Sturgis at 4:57 on a Saturday evening where they closed at 5pm. The saleslady had already locked the door but saw us and let us in. When I mentioned that I had lost my key fob and asked if they could replaced it, she immediately took me back and introduced me to the service manager even though he was also closing up shop. He assured me that he could and handed me off to Bryce who had already clocked out. Bryce went out to my Roadmaster and hooked up his computer and started to work, leaving one slot on the previous code in case I found my fob. I found out he had clocked out 15 minutes before we got there. I casually mentioned that it was too bad they were closing because I would have liked to get a little change to the wiring on my wife's 2018 Scout. He said no problem, grabbed a tool from his truck and pulled the seat and fixed it. It wasn't a big fix, but it was an outstanding gesture, at no additional charge. These folks are amazing and none more than Bryce! They deserve to have every Indian customer (and potential customers) to stop by when they are in Sturgis!

Great Service!!! On a 3800 mile road trip and got a flat rear tire. We were 67 miles from Sturgis Indian. I called and talked to them and when the tow truck got there they had service waiting for me. It took a while to make sure rim was not leaking and new tire was installed. Thanks to Randy and the service department for getting me back on the road safely.

Bought my new bike today 30 degrees out rode it the 180 miles home what a sweet ride, the staff at Sturgis Indian were great thanks.

Another outstanding experience at "my" Indian dealership at Sturgis. Decided to have a stage 3 kit installed on my 17 R.M. and have the stage 2 cams in mine put in my wifes 16 Chieftain if possible. Randy said sure they could do it, but I would have to buy a new tuning card and a few other things. Randy and Josh in service kept me informed during the entire project, and even saved me a few bucks along the way. Wylie, Cara, and Zsanna helped me with all the parts that I would need and made sure I used my loyalty points wisely.

Couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to help me spend my money. Now the only problem is my beautiful wife is spending all her time in the garage sitting on her bike waiting for the weather to clear up enough to try them out.

On the 5 September I was part way through a tour of the West and South West when I picked up a 4" hitching bolt in the rear side wall of the hired Indian Chieftain. Vern Slade, despite being busy, sorted out the fitting of a new tyre, quick check and bonus wash of the bike. I was soon on the road and linked up with the other 9 bikes in Hot Springs. Well done and great service. Incidentally I did 4600 miles on the Chieftain and it is certainly a very versatile machine.

I had ordered a new pair of boots from Cara for my beautiful wife and Cara shipped them to me so I could surprise her. I ordered the wrong size. Par for the course for me. I called Cara and told her we were coming up to get my wife's Chieftain's 5000 miles service done the next weekend and asked if we could exchange them. Cara didn't have the correct size, but went way beyond the call of duty and found some somewhere else and had them there for us so we didn't have to make another trip, though any trip to the black hills can hardly be considered wasted. Cara definitely went the extra mile to take care of us, and I'm sure thankful to have people like her there. Many thanks for all you do.Fred and Stacy Scheid

I took my 2015 Roadmaster in for it's 15,000 mile service. It had some issues and I had to leave it and return to pick it up the next week. When I returned to pick it up it had turned into a 2017 black and cream Roadmaster. That's the story I told my beautiful wife and I'm sticking to it. My wife and I spent our vacation in Deadwood the week of 04 may to 14may 2017, Tuesday of the week we rented a 2017 Indian Road Master, we had pre rented it all through the website so everything was pre paid, when we arrived at the dealership Tuesday morning, Brent the associate that greeted us with a warm welcome, he went over the details and the bike, he gave us a great tutorial before we began our ride, the bike was an amazing ride, we had a great ride that day. I purchased an Indian Jacket for my wife as a Christmas gift this year from your Dealership via the Internet. I chose to buy it from you because of our association with the area and the historical meaning of Sturgis in the motorcycle world. As luck would have it I got the wrong size but the right jacket as she loved it! Anyway, the day after Christmas I sent your dealership an email explaining the situation and seeking guidance on returning the jacket and exchanging it for the proper size. I received a call from Wiley that evening and he assured me there would be no issues and that he would let me know how to proceed once he got directions. True to his word I received an email with instructions and the exchange was made and received with no delays and no issues.Wiley and I had quite the conversation as we both know the west and the military and, of course, love to ride! He was friendly and professional and I know he went above and beyond the call of duty as Returns are not his area but he did what needed to be done for me, including finding the replacement jacket in the proper size and setting it aside to make sure we got it. My wife loves her jacket almost as much as her new Scout and I only wish we still lived in Wyoming so I could by my Indian from you! First time I've ever traded bikes without physically having seen or sat on the bike. My wife and I just stopped in after riding the hills for the day. This was last year and the day the Indian staff were just moving the merchandise to the New store. Jeff Ulvestad "salesman" gave us total attention, even though they were so busy. We did stop back and test rode a Roadmaster and of course my Dear.wife just had to purchase a couple of Indian jackets.The easiest way to say this is Everyone we touched in the dealership was simply Amazing! Well we had a short visit with Jeff and of coarse my Dear Wife just had to have an Indian helmet to go with her jackets, of coarse I too must match. We only ave a dozen different helmets. Spoke with my pal Jeff on the phone and worked out a deal to trade my beautiful wife's Scout in on a new Silver Smoke Chieftain. Without her knowing it. Jeff and I worked out everything on the phone, including all the accessories I wanted for the bike. I snuck my wife's bike out this morning and headed for Sturgis. Everything was exactly as promised. The accessories were installed and the paperwork was ready to go exactly as we discussed on the phone. The whole deal was quick and painless.

3 weeks ago my wife and I had a chance to visit your dealership. We were on a first time trip to visit Mnt. Rushmore and So. Dakota. We rode into Sturgis on Tue., July 12th, day #4 of our trip. Since I ride a '06 Victory TC and we both love the new Indians we had to stop at your place. What a highlight! We met a super nice salesman, name of Tom, and he answered all our questions. My wife fell in love with the new Indian Scout, it fit her, and actually took a test ride on one. If we hadn't been 1,300 miles from home I think we would have left with that red one! Our adventure lasted 15days, 3,250miles and a lifetime of memories. Now sitting here at the computer I discover that it ain't over yet! This live stream of Sturgis is AWESOME! It takes me right back to the Black Hills and all the neat stuff we saw and did. Your dealership is incredible and I want to tell you THANKS so much from Indiana. Indian Motorcycle Sturgis is the place to get your bike in my experience. My overall experience was amazing from the initial phone call to the loading of my bike in the trailer I rented. First of all, let me say that Abby Carter was just absolutely amazing to work with. Her enthusiasm, friendliness, knowledge, and customer service was second to none. Secondly, the staff was tremendous from their sales department to finances, parts, and services where they troubleshot my trailer issue to protect my new sexy beast on the drive back home. The love and spirit of the Indian motorcycles courses through their veins, and it shows through in their customer service. The showroom was Mecca to me with all those beautiful Indian motorcycles showcased to the hilt. When I retire in the next 12 years, I would volunteer to work there if I could just to experience this environment daily. Overall, my experience was second to none in all of my shopping experiences bar none. My dream bike, the 2016 Chieftain I purchased with too many extras to mention is exactly that-a bike that rides like a dream, purrs with a sultry deep throaty rumble, and is a beauty to admire daily. I get many compliments from friends and strangers daily admiring my bike. This was definitely by far the best birthday gift ever. Even Abby calling me to wish me a Happy Birthday was indicative of relationship they strive to build with you. Even though I live 6 hours away, Sturgis will always be my go to for any accessorizing of my bike or major work needed. I look forward to coming back and riding with the Sturgis IMRG crew in some of their riding events, and hopefully the Sturgis Rally this year, and years to come. This Chieftain is the second bike I have purchased from Sturgis. Jeff, again, was great to deal with. He gave me quick responses to questions and figures, and kept me informed on the readiness of the bike. Cory did a great job with adding the accessories. All bolts and screws were tight, and the bike looked great. We put 200 miles on it in the Black hills the next day, and it ran like a Swiss watch. When the time came, Wiley got me lined up for the 500 miles service, as soon as I called, and Tom got it done quickly, while my wife, Susan and I waited. What a fantastic team of people at Sturgis Indian. My wife went to Sturgis Indian and purchased a gift certificate for me for a down payment on a bike. When I went in a couple weeks later to look around, they hadn't met me yet, but they already knew my name. Abby was fantastic, letting us move at our own pace; after I had made the decision, the rest of the staff (Pierce, Cara, and others) were right there and seemed as excited as I was. They were very fair in what they gave me for my trade, and closing the deal was painless. After signing, they took me around to meet the entire staff on a 'poker run'...what a great way to meet their team...the accessories people, apparel, and Wiley the Service Manager. Wiley took the time to talk to me about the bike, and answered all my questions. A week later, Bob B delivered the bike to my house, and picked up my trade. In past experiences after making a major purchase at a dealership, a week later they don't have a clue who you are. I went back to Sturgis Indian a few weeks after my first experience, they knew exactly who we were, and we were treated with the same level of service as when we were looking to purchase a bike. Can't say enough about all of these folks, and the experience I've had. I purchased a new Indian Chief Vintage during the 75th Rally. Pierce Schafer led me through a "no pressure," high information process that made me feel like I was a valued friend rather than just a potential customer. Pierce spent a great deal of time with me during a very busy sales period. He went above and beyond in providing the best pricing for my new bike as well as an above market trade for my old bike. After the sale, Pierce was there for me as I added accessories and brought the bike in for the 500 mile service. He is the kind of employee every dealership, indeed every employer wishes for. Pierce continues to check on me periodically just to see if I am still pleased with my Indian.If I were not 1400 miles away, the Sturgis Indian Dealership would be my primary dealership. I am still negotiating for the purchase of a Scout for my wife and as I deal with other Indian vendors in my area, I appreciate more the quality, fair pricing, service and personal consideration I found at Sturgis Indian. 2015 Sturgis Rally: My Experience at Indian of Sturgis was beyond outstanding. Pierce, my salesman, was very informative and was exceptionally helpful, and even with all the things going on, Pierce made me feel that I was number one, not just anther potential to make a coin. Pierce was a no B.S. kind of salesman providing the information I wanted, needed and then some. He even suggested I take a Demo Ride on the bike I was thinking about, and because of his suggestion I decided on a Blue and Cream Chieftain.

This was not an easy sale due to my bank but Pierce and the whole crew stepped right up and made it happen. The sale took two days to complete but all those involved never lost sight of me and worked very hard to ensure I got what I wanted. I traded in a 2002 Gilroy Indian with over 50K miles and Indian of Sturgis gave me a pretty fair trade value for an old high mileage bike which helped out on getting the price down to where I needed to make it all happen. Because of everyone's help and attention I was able to ride out Thursday, on a new 2015 Chieftain. I am loving the new bike. I did my 1st and 5th Iron Butt. 1st on this bike (Dixie) and 4 on Gypsy (the 2002 PP100) I rode from Omaha NE to Ft Payne AL, stopping on Lincoln NE to get the first 500 mile service done. Indian of Lincoln was outstanding as well.

During rally of 2014 I had a chance to see the new Scout just introduced at the Buffalo Chip. A friend of mine in WA state inquired about it and I told him what I learned during the rally. A long story short my friend bought a new Scout in WA state. I visited him during Superbowl and decided to buy a new Scout myself, but because I lived in Sturgis I called IMSturgis and talked with Jeff. He said to come see him when I returned to Sturgis in a week. On return to Sturgis I put my order in for the Scout because I wanted to buy from Jeff and the Sturgis dealer. In that transaction I met so many wanderful people I became good friends with Cara in sales, Angie in finance, and Melissa in events. Wow I never felt closer to a family unit as these people were and how wanderful I was treated. After my bike arrived I met Jerry in maintenance and every little detail was handled with utmost efficiency and respect. I ran into a little problem and Tom (maintenance) explained to me what happened and took care of the issue without a glitch. The Scout is an Awesome bike exactly what I wanted for everyday fun stuff. I then turned my interest to the Indian Vintage. Abby was always smiling and talking to me regarding that bike and suggested I test ride a Chieftan and Vintage which I did. The sales people are so wanderful I had a hard time thinking of them as sales, but more as friends. Infact the whole staff became my friends at work and away from work. I ended up buying another beautiful bike a 75th anniversary numbered Chief Vintage thanks to my friends and wonderful people at IMSturgis. Cara, Cady, and Pierce, Jerry, Will, and Tom, Jeff and Abby, Angie and Melissa, Zsanna, Thank You! you are my friends and all AWESOME! Picked up my wife's new Scout last Saturday and had an appointment to get my Roadmasters 2500 mile service and the air filter system done. Big sale going on and the place was swamped. Jeff met us at the door and wisked my wife away to see her new Scout and make sure it fit her- and with only a different seat and handlebars it did-. It's only money. It's a lazy holiday weekend and while killing some time I thought I'd look through your website and check out some Indian bikes. BUT....when I got to looking through your used inventory I almost fell off my chair when I came upon the '77 Ducati GT860. Whomever did the work on this bike...you have my compliments because you have done a masterful job in maintaining this bike and keeping it in terrific condition. Just from scrolling through the pics you have and reading the brief descriptions regarding this bike you have made my weekend ! Now, if only I didn't live so far away, I could stop by and see this bike in person.

Stopped in at Sturgis Indian on my way to Rapid to buy my 8th new Harley, and am I ever glad I did. I was curious about the new Indians but I had no intention of buying one. By the time I left I had test driven the Roadmaster and was very impressed. I still went to the H.D. dealer in Rapid but left without spending a dime. Called Jeff the next day and made the deal on a new red and crme Roadmaster. Went to pick it up and while Angie was getting the paper work ready she suggested we wander around and do a "little" shopping. $800.00 dollars later my wife and I signed the papers and were ready to go.

It was a wonderful shopping experience and the entire staff appreciated our business and actually seemed to enjoy working with us. I just hope when we go to pick up my wife's new Scout we don't spend quite as much time doing a "little" shopping in the apparel dept.Sincerely,

On our annual rally trip to Sturgis, We decided to stop and look at the new Indians and like most all who test rode one, I was hooked. 14 Harleys and 35 years of bar and shield loyalty were wiped clean by these bikes....... All the way home I couldn't get the grin off of my face when I thought about the experience I had on the test ride.

Well..... When we got home to Georgia I went ahead and made the call to Jeff and we put together what I wanted and the rest is history. I bought a new Vintage and Jeff and the gang at the dealership got it ready, arranged the shipping, placed all of the shirts, hats, vest, and jacket in the saddle bags that, as everyone knows you gotta buy to complete the experience.

I cant say enough positive about my purchase and just wanted to express how much these folks care and really treat you like you are someone special.

I was in Sturgis during a fluke September snow storm. I had wanted to upgrade my exhaust on my 2014 Indian. Jerry, the parts manager was great. He not only gave me a whole tutorial on exhaust, but he was good enough to drive us into town, and then pick us up in his car, after lunch. I would highly recommend their dealership. They are very knowledgable and very accommodating.

I was on a 4000 mile trip with my brother and nephew. My bike was a 2013 Yamaha YZF R1. We stopped at Sturgis Indian the week after the rally to pick up some t-shirts. Wow! I bought a t-shirt alright and Jeff threw in a 2014 Indian Chief Vintage for free. What a pleasant experience. From Jeff, Jerry, Angie and the whole wardrobe staff, everyone there were all just super to be around. They all went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. Even after getting back home in Arkansas, doing business over the phone is still enjoyable. And there is not enough room to write about the ride home on the Vintage. Let me say, I've been riding Harleys for over 30 years and NEVER thought I would consider another American Brand. I'm from Texas and working in the area and dropped by Sturgis Indian just to see the new Indian Models.

I asked everyone at dealership a lot of questions and they answered all with no BS and were 100% honest and genuine in their response. The salesman Jeff, suggested that I take one or all of the models for a Test Ride......WOW, I was hooked.

On my next trip home I rode my Street Glide back from Texas and took it to Sturgis Indian where they made me a more than fair deal on trade for a new Chieftain.

I actually talked to a dealer closer to my home and they could not compete with the deal that Heath, Chris, Danny, Jeff and Angie made! I have to add that Jerry, the Service Mgr has also bent over backwards to ensure that I am 100% happy with my Bike.
